This website at the URL (www.brumdesign.biz) is owned by Brum Design, a small family Jewelry business based in Portugal. Products purchased through this website will be sold and shipped to you by us from Portugal using registered secured Post. It is important that you read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Jewelry piece from Brum Design website.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use and Amendments
Each time you use or cause access to this web site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. In addition, Brum Design may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes to the Terms will apply on or after the date that the revised Terms are published. You are advised to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes, as they are binding on you.
2. Our Service
With regard to purchases made by you via the Brum Design website, we will usually communicate with you electronically by email, using the email address you provided to us when you place an order or communicate with us. You may still contact us using the contact details given on our website.
3. Placing an Order and Your Responsibilities:
In order to purchase any piece of Jewelry from this website you must:
- read and accept these Terms of Use;
- provide only truthful information when requested,
- provide your name and address, email address, payment details and other required information;
- provide an eligible and complete delivery address and
- be the owner or authorised holder of a valid debit/credit card. (see section 6 for details of the payment methods accepted on the Brum Design website).
You may place an order by clicking on the "BUY" button and proceeding to the checkout page.
At the checkout page you will be provided with an opportunity to review your order(s), read and accept these Terms of Use, check the total price of your order(s) including the shipping cost (4€) and provide the neccessary information to proceed with your purchase. You must check and ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order as it may not be possible to change your address once the order is dispatched.
4. Order Processing
Once you have submitted your order(s) using the Brum Design website, we will send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order(s). After receiving your order(s), we will prepare it for the shipping procedure. We usually ship out our orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the Shipment Confirmation with the tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. If you would like to amend your order or shipping address before you have received your Shipment Confirmation, you must contact us as soon as possible, once you have received your Shipment Confirmation, it will be too late to prevent the your purchase from being dispatched to you.
5. Prices, Shipping and Taxes
The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in the Order Receipt Confirmation. All prices are payable in Euro (€), your credit card or payment method will make the conversion if applicable.
Prices for all our items include VAT but do not include charges for shipping. Shipping cost is 4 Euro and will be clearly displayed on the screen prior to the completion of your order and will be confirmed in your Order Receipt Confirmation.
International shipping time varies based on your country’s customs and regulations. For Non European countries, please allow several weeks for your order to arrive. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s laws and regulations and we are not responsible for extra fees or taxes acquired in customs. International shipping, especially out of the EU can take longer processing times depending on the local handling and customs.
6. Payment
Payment shall be made by one of the approved credit and debit card types listed at the checkout (being VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery Network). If you wish to purchase with a different method (being PayPal, Electronic Invoicing or Bank Transfer) you must contact us and we will send you the details to proceed.
In the event Brum Design does not receive the appropriate authorisation from your card or payment service provider, we reserve the right to reject your order.
Payment for your order, including shipping will be settled from the applicable card or payment service once Brum Design has sent you the Order Confirmation.
7. Events Outside the Control of Brum Design
Brum Design shall not be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure is caused by any act, event, non-happening, omission, accident or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: civil commotion, strikes or lock-outs (or other industrial action); national or local states of emergency; interruption or failure of communication or transportation facilities; earthquake, fire, flood, epidemic or other natural disaster; impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; holiday delay, etc. In such circumstances, we will notify you and take reasonable steps to help you with the tracking of your order.
8. Returns and Refunds
It is very important for us that you love your jewelry so if you have any doubts or concerns about any piece of jewelry that you want to purchase, please contact us before you order. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us within the first 2 days of receiving your jewelry. For us to accept a returned piece, it must be NEW, UNWORN and in ORIGINAL CONDITION. Correct and secured well packing of the jewerly is also very important, so nothing gets damage on the way back, we will not accept returned damaged jewerly.
Shipping back must be done within 3 days and the costs must be covered by the buyer.
Upon return you will receive a refund of 90% for the returned piece (s). We must keep a 10% due to local taxes and return of payment costs.
